Today we continued to construct the robot as well as
work on the Solid works model of it. We tested out the batteries to make sure
the functioned properly and put them in the appropriate positions. We also
placed the wheels on but had to then remove them to fix a problem with the
gears. The problem was a few of the screws we had used to keep the gears in
place would hit the chassis and stop the gears from continuing to move. Instead
we chose to try to put more clutches to keep it in place as the ones we had
lacked threaded screws.
